Over the years, I have realised that this ‘gift’ is not so easily found for everyone, yet it has a magnetism which has drawn people to me. Many have recognised my ability to see through the fog that clouds their personal vision.  I have seen their potential long before it has become visible to them and have supported them on a personal journey to be the best that they can be, removing fear and procrastination. 

 

Coaching and developing people is my passion. Consequently I believe that helping people to identify their dreams and make them a reality is a privilege and honour.

 

People who come to me have usually tried self-help books, meditation or maybe even yoga, but still they can’t find the ‘breakthrough moment’ they are seeking. The journey often starts with a Google search such as ‘career confidence coach’, ‘self development coach’, or even ‘how to get over a breakup’’. 

 

Over the years I have honed my skills and taken satisfaction in seeing the transformation in people from lost and directionless to focused, driven and empowered. This comes about through improvement strategies that help a person regain their self-worth. They move from the  paralysis of failure, into hope and then to ownership, empowerment and success.  

Not every journey is without challenge or sacrifice, but I have been there to guide and support along the way and it is worthy work! Now I can do the same for you!
